HYROX Birmingham 2026

Birmingham International station is a five-minute covered walk from the NEC: follow the signs from the Piazza past Hall 2 and up to the bridge link. Birmingham city centre is about 10 minutes away by train.

Birmingham Airport is next door. The free Air-Rail Link takes about 90 seconds between the airport and Birmingham International and runs every two minutes.

There's on-site parking with thousands of spaces, bookable online, and it's cashless. A satnav set to B40 1NT gets you to the site but not to your car park, so follow the signs. A free shuttle bus runs from the car parks.

Athlete tickets (singles, doubles, relay and charity) and spectator tickets are sold through the official event page. Optional Flex add-ons, bought with the ticket, cover name changes or refunds up to set deadlines.

Birmingham offers Open and Pro singles, Adaptive singles, Doubles (men, women and mixed), Pro Doubles and men's, women's and mixed relays, with the relays on Friday 30 October. HYROX Youngstars, for ages 8 to 15, races at the NEC on 31 October and 1 November.

Racing runs from Tuesday 27 October to Sunday 1 November, starting at 08:00 each day on a provisional timetable. Pro singles race on Friday 30 October and Pro Doubles on Saturday 31 October. Start times go on the start list about three days before the event and can't be changed.

Bring physical ID (digital copies aren't accepted) and check in yourself, on the day you race. Registration opens 90 minutes before your division's first start wave, and HYROX UK advises arriving 90 minutes before your start time. Athletes can leave one cabin-size bag at bag drop.

Spectators need a ticket, which can't be bought on site, and children under 12 go free with an adult. One spectator ticket covers both HYROX Birmingham and HYROX Youngstars Birmingham.

Charity entries come with a fundraising pledge of £400 for a solo entry or £800 for a doubles pair. You can raise it through Race for Impact, for a cause area you choose (global health, climate solutions, mental health, animal welfare or women's empowerment), or for Macmillan Cancer Support, a charity partner. Charity tickets can't be refunded.
