HYROX London 2026

Take the Elizabeth line or the DLR to Custom House for the west entrance, about 200 metres away. Prince Regent on the DLR is closest to the east entrance, also about 200 metres away. From Canning Town, take the DLR towards Beckton.

London City Airport is a 15-minute walk away, and the venue says the Elizabeth line runs direct from Heathrow in 43 minutes.

A space in the venue's car park is only guaranteed if you pre-book; without a booking you're let in only if there's room. Use postcode E16 1FR for the car park entrance.

Athlete tickets (singles, doubles, relay and charity) and spectator tickets are sold through the official event page. Watching the Elite Series races needs an Elite Series add-on on top of a standard ticket. Optional Flex add-ons, bought with the ticket, cover name changes or refunds up to set deadlines.

London offers Open and Pro singles, Adaptive singles, Doubles (men, women and mixed), Pro Doubles and men's, women's and mixed relays, with the relays on Friday 4 December. It also hosts the Elite 15 and Challenger 15 races (singles on Thursday 3 December, doubles on Friday 4 December) and HYROX Youngstars, for ages 8 to 15, on 5 and 6 December.

Age group racing runs from Wednesday 2 to Sunday 6 December, starting at 08:00 each day on a provisional timetable. Pro singles race on Friday 4 December and Pro Doubles on Saturday 5 December. Start times go on the start list about three days before the event and can't be changed.

Bring physical ID (digital copies aren't accepted) and check in yourself, on the day you race. Registration opens 90 minutes before your division's first start wave, and HYROX UK advises arriving 90 minutes before your start time. Athletes can leave one cabin-size bag at bag drop.

Spectators need a ticket, which can't be bought on site, and children under 12 go free with an adult. A standard spectator ticket also covers the Youngstars races. Athletes can only watch on their own race day.

Charity entries come with a fundraising pledge of £400 for a solo entry or £800 for a doubles pair, raised through Race for Impact for a cause area you choose: global health, climate solutions, mental health, animal welfare or women's empowerment. Macmillan Cancer Support is also a charity partner. Charity tickets can't be refunded.
