HYROX race calendar
88 upcoming HYROX races in 36 countries, from 15 Oct 2026 to 10 Jun 2027.
What a HYROX race is
A HYROX race is eight 1 km runs, each followed by one workout station in a fixed order: 1,000 m SkiErg, 50 m sled push, 50 m sled pull, 80 m burpee broad jumps, 1,000 m row, 200 m farmers carry, 100 m sandbag lunges and 100 wall balls. That is 8 km of running.
Singles have four divisions: Women, Women Pro, Men and Men Pro. Distances are identical and only the loads change (the wall ball weighs 4 kg, 6 kg or 9 kg by division). Doubles partners run together and share each station. Relay teams have four racers, who each cover two runs and two stations.
Racers start in waves by division and wear a timing chip on an ankle. Results are ranked by fastest time within each division and age group. Time penalties are added for infringements, and skipping a station or a 1 km run means disqualification. Adaptive racers follow a separate rulebook, which has 13 divisions.
