HYROX Dubai 2026

The nearest station is Expo 2020 on the Dubai Metro Red Line, a few minutes' walk from the venue. The venue says trains run every 3 to 4 minutes at peak times.

By car, use Expo Road (E77) or Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). There are more than 2,300 visitor parking spaces with free shuttle buses from the car parks, and taxis use the North or South drop-off on Boulevard 2020 Street.

Dubai International Airport is about 40 km away, roughly 35 to 45 minutes by road depending on traffic.

Athlete tickets (singles, doubles and relay) and spectator tickets are sold on HYROX's UAE ticket page, linked from the event page. Optional Flex add-ons cover name changes or refunds up to set deadlines. Without one, HYROX Middle East says refunds and name changes aren't possible.

Dubai offers Open and Pro singles, Adaptive singles, Doubles (men, women and mixed), Pro Doubles and men's, women's and mixed relays, with the relays on Saturday 28 November.

Racing runs over two days, Friday 27 and Saturday 28 November, from 10:00 each day on a provisional timetable. Pro singles race on Friday and Pro Doubles on Saturday. About three days before, HYROX links each athlete's start time on the event page, and changes aren't allowed.

Bring ID and check in yourself, on the day you race. Registration for each division opens 90 minutes before its first start wave. HYROX Middle East lists a bag drop for one cabin-size bag and changing rooms, but no showers.

Spectator tickets aren't sold on site. Children under 12 go free, but you add a free under-12 ticket at checkout, and each child needs an adult with a spectator ticket. An athlete's wristband only gets them in on their own race day.
