HYROX Dublin 2026

The nearest DART stations are Lansdowne Road and Sandymount, a short walk from the RDS. From Connolly you can change onto the DART.

Dublin Bus routes 4, 7, 7a and 27X and Go-Ahead Ireland routes 18 and S2 serve the RDS; no Luas line reaches it. Aircoach route 702 runs from Dublin Airport to Merrion Road, in front of the main entrance.

The RDS is about 12 minutes from the city centre by car and close to the M50, but its car parks charge and space is limited when several events are on. HYROX gives the Simmonscourt Road entrance.

Athlete and spectator tickets are sold per race day in HYROX's ticket shop, linked from the event page. A doubles ticket is per person, so a pair buys two and a relay team four. Optional Flex add-ons cover name changes or refunds up to set deadlines.

Dublin offers Open and Pro singles, Adaptive singles, Doubles (men, women and mixed), Pro Doubles and men's, women's and mixed relays, with all three relays on Friday 13 November. Mixed doubles need one man and one woman, and a mixed relay two of each.

Racing runs from Wednesday 11 to Sunday 15 November, with first starts at 08:00 on a provisional timetable. Pro singles race on Friday 13 November and Pro Doubles on Saturday 14 November. About three days before, HYROX links each athlete's start time on the event page, and changes aren't allowed.

Bring physical ID (digital copies and photos aren't accepted) and check in yourself, on the day you race. Registration opens 90 minutes before your division's first start wave. Athletes can leave one cabin-size bag at bag drop.

Spectators need a ticket for each day. Children under 12 go free but still need a ticket, and under-16s must be with an adult who has one.

Charity tickets raise money through Race for Impact, run with High Impact Athletes, for a cause area you choose. The Dublin ticket shop lists minimum targets of €300 for singles, €500 per doubles team and €800 per relay team. Charity tickets can't be refunded.
